How to Register

Online Registration

Please register to the congress by June 8th, 2012 at the latest.
After this date only on-site registration is possible.

Payment

Payments are required to be made in EURO (€) by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Eurocard or AMEX).

Banking fees have to be settled by the remitter.

Please kindly note that payment by bank transfer can only be taken into consideration until 31st May 2012. After this date only direct payment by credit card or payment on-site will be accepted.

Payments by credit card will be charged directly within your online registration.

In case of cancellation until six weeks before onset of the congress (April 30th 2012), a 50% of the registration fees will be retained. In case of cancellation after this date, the complete amount of 100% of the registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation and changes in booking have to be sent to INTERPLAN in written.

* To apply for the student/nurse registration fee a copy of the student ID or a letter signed by the PhD supervisor or Head of Department required. Please send the copy by email to isham2012@interplan.de or by fax to +49 89 54 82 34-43.
** Participants coming from the following countries are allowed to register as “Participant of Developing Countries”

Delegate’s Registration Fee includes:

• Access to the Scientific Sessions and the Company sponsored Satellite Symposia
• Access to the Exhibition
• Abstract magazine and Final Program in a congress bag
• Certificate of Attendance
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

Please note that accompanying persons, children  and dogs do not have access to the congress venue.
